"Thank you for letting us come to the Roman Baths. It was really fun when we tried on the Roman clothes. I liked it when you told us about the villa and about the really big bathroom. "

From Gabrielle, year 2, Mrs Frost's Class

Puller Memorial School letters

"Thank you for inviting us to the Roman Baths, it was extremely fun. I did not really want to go because I thought all it would be was a couple of bits of rocks. But it was so cool. I loved it. I never had a clue we would get to eat [what] Romans eat and have Roman food. I learnt so much. I also enjoyed making the floor of the Roman house when we put the brick on the playdo. I hope to visit again. Maybe one day."

From Billy Price

Puller Memorial School letters

"The trip was wonderful. The mosaics were brilliant, but they must have taken really long to cut out all those squares. But it looks really pretty. When I'm older I want to be an archaeologist. My favourite bit was learning about how the Romans lived. When we were eating I liked the bread and cheese. Thank you for letting us come to the Roman Baths."
