Level 2 and Level 3 Food Hygiene Training Courses 2017/2018

Everyone who works with food has a responsibility for safeguarding the health of customers to ensure the food they serve or sell is safe to eat.

For quality, interactive, accredited food hygiene training look no further than your Public Health & Protection team at Welwyn Hatfield Council.  Our team of professional officers delivers both level 2 and 3 courses now accredited by the Royal Society of Public Health. 

We are currently taking bookings for the following courses:

Level 2 (a one day basic level course suitable for all food handlers)
  • 11th July 2017
  • 12 September 2017
  • 21st November 2017
  • 10th January 2018
  • 7th March 2018
  • 9th May 2018
  • 11th July 2018
  • 12th September 2018
  • 21st November 2018
Level 3 (1 day a week delivered over 4 consecutive weeks, suitable for supervisors and  managers)
  • 26th September, 3rd October, 10th October and 16th October (am Exam date)

2018 Dates

  • 23rd Jan, 30th Jan, 6th Feb & 13th Feb (half day for exam)
  • 12th June, 19th June, 26th June and 3rd July (half day for exam)
  • 25th Sept, 2nd Oct, 9th Oct and 16th Oct (half day for the exam)

Our accredited courses are delivered by practising Environmental Health Officers and on passing the course exam we will issue you with a certificate of achievement from an accredited body.
