Licence - theatre
This has now been replaced by the Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003.
Premises conducting public performances of stageplays must be licensed. Stageplays include any dramatic piece, which involves speech, singing or action and involves the playing of a role.
This is now covered by The Licensing Act 2003.
