CPA - performance information
Comprehensive Performance Assessment was the Government's initiative where the Audit Commission assessed every councils' capacity to deliver improving public services. Scores were based on a five-point scale: Excellent, Good, Fair, Weak or Poor. Welwyn Hatfield Council was last assessed in January 2004.
