Customer Satisfaction Survey 2006-07
The Council has received the results of its Customer Satisfaction Survey 2006-07 which was conducted by Ipsos-MORI Social Research.
The survey asked residents for their opinion of the Council and the services we provide. This was done through the use of a postal questionnaire to which approximately 1,150 local households responded in late 2006.
It reported that your perceptions of how we deal with vandalism, graffiti, street litter and household waste collection have improved since the last survey was completed in 2003-04.
