The Medium Term Financial Strategy
The Medium Term Financial Strategy sets out how the council will manage its finances over the next three years.
This is done to ensure that it supports and fits with the delivery of the council's objectives and priorities as set out in the Corporate and Community Plan. It considers the many factors that influence the council's financial resources.
Producing a Medium Term Financial Strategy represents good business planning, sound financial management and demonstrates the stewardship of public money. It also contributes to the effective use of financial resources.
