Council employee recognition scheme
If you know of someone at the council that has shown you they have gone the extra mile to enhance the services we offer, then please let us know by nominating them for an award.
When are the awards given?
The awards are made annually in September. The nomination period is September-August.
Successful nominees will be congratulated by the Leader of the Council and the Chief Executive of Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council at the annual employee conference . This takes place every September. They will also receive a monetary contribution.
Anyone making a nomination will be informed of the outcome after the awards ceremony.
