Who Can I Nominate?
It's not just individuals that you can nominate but teams as well.
We will judge the nominations against a number of areas of excellence which we would like to recognise. These catergories are listed here. Up to four awards a year will be made against these.

Performance beyond expectations in joined up and partnership working
Excellence in Health, Well being & Quality of Life
Contributing in a way that helps to change life in the community
Excellence in Customer Focus
Outstanding customer care or applying change to improve service delivery
Excellence in Incorporating Equality & Diversity in Service Provision
Contributing positively by encouraging diversity and community cohesion
Innovation/Innovator of the Year
A new idea/way of working which has a significant impact on service delivery
Cost Saving Idea of the Year
Making a positive impact on service delivery whilst reducing costs
The most important thing though to remember when considering to make a nomination for an individual or team is whether you feel that they have gone that extra mile to enhance the service we provide. This will help you clarify your reasons why you are making your nomination and help the Judging Panel come to a decision.
