Lead Members
Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council has 'Lead Members'. They are councillors from the majority Conservative Group who have special responsibilities for day-to-day issues in various areas.
At present there is one Lead Member, Councillor John Nicholls, who is responsible for Contract Management and Monitoring.
