By election called for Hatfield Central

The five candidates standing for election in the Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council by election for the Hatfield Central ward are:

Maureen Cook Labour Party

Mark Fuller British National Party

Hazel Laming Liberal Democrat

Stan Laver-Walton Conservative Party

Additionally, the four candidates standing in the same ward for the Hatfield Town Council by election are:

Timothy Simon Butler Independent

Dave Hughes Conservative Party

Hazel Laming Liberal Democrat

Margaret Helen White Labour Party

These two elections are being combined and voting will take place on Thursday 26 June 2008 between 7am and 10pm. All eligible voters will shortly receive a poll card in the post providing all the relevant information.
