Welwyn Hatfield Annual Report
‘Putting People First’ the council's Annual Report 2005-6, 2006-07 & 2007-08
We have now produced three Annual Reports which take a look back at some of our service achievements over the previous year and targets for the forthcoming one. Our reports also show where your money has been spent on local services in the borough and what our spending priorities are for future years.
The reports are consistent with our five current Corporate Promises for the borough. These are:
- We will work with the police and other agencies to reduce crime and anti-social behaviour.
- We will make Welwyn Hatfield cleaner and greener
- We will make sure people have a decent home
- We will promote a sense of community in the borough
- We will make sure we are accountable to you
Our reports use case studies and articles to illustrate many of the services we provide in the borough and the staff who provide them.
The Annual Report is delivered to all households in the borough in September. If you are a resident and have not received a copy of the Annual Report, or would like an additional copy, please contact the council on 01707 357000 and ask for the Performance & Strategy Team.
Alternatively, copies are available from all council receptions, and can also be downloaded here:
