Elections - Request for a Postal or Proxy Application Form
If you are included in the Register of Electors for the Borough of Welwyn Hatfield you can apply for a postal or proxy voting application form
This request is only for your household and we require the details of each applicant. Voting by post means your ballot paper/s will be posted to you before election day. Voting by proxy is where you appoint someone to vote on your behalf.
From your e-form request, we will send you the appropriate application form for completion and return to the Council.
