The information you give us on your form will enable us to decide whether you are eligible to join the waiting list and which properties are appropriate for your needs.  The application form also allows you to make certain choices regarding what sort of property you would like to be housed in and which areas you would consider moving to.

We may need to ask you for more details than are given on your form.  It is important that you give us all the information we need in order for us to deal with your application.  Before we offer you a home we will visit you to check the details you have given us.

If there is a link between a serious medical problem and your housing conditions you can apply for medical points by filling in a medical assessment form.  Medical points vary according to circumstances and are assessed by our independent medical advisor.
