We aim to make this website accessible to all users, following certain standards and Government guidelines to ensure that this site can be used effectively and easily as possible by everyone.

This website has been designed to deliver HTML content in accordance with the web Accessibility Initiative's (WAI) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) Version 2, to level 'AA' standard. 

Text size

You can change the size of the text on our website by selecting the 'Show accessibility options' drop down tab at the top of the page. Selecting one of the three letter sizes will cause all of the text on the website to change to that corresponding size.

Contrast (colours)

The contrast on our website can be changed by selecting the 'Show accessibility options' drop down tab at the top of the page and selecting the yellow letter A within the square black box. Clicking this link will override the existing styles so that the website is displayed in a high contrast colour mode that is more readable to visually impaired users.

Language

You can change the language which this website is displayed in by selecting the 'Show accessibility options' drop down tab at the top of the page and selecting Google Translate menu. A drop down list will be shown that contains the names of many languages which can be selected and will cause the website to be displayed in that language. 

Browsealoud

Browsealoud is a free tool which reads the contents of this website out loud. It offers practical website access services to people with reading difficulties and those who find it easier to listen to, rather than read the content of our website.
