Our control centre operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Outside of normal office hours the centre deals with:

  • emergency repairs for tenants and leaseholders
  • homelessness call outs
  • Lifeline alarm calls
  • Other borough emergencies needing the involvement of the council's Emergency Planning team.
