Housing Revenue Account Business Plan for 2004-2014

The Business Plan incorporates a number of important changes that have taken place in the past 2 years. In particular, the structural separation of the housing service into distinct landlord and strategic elements in order to improve the focus on each of these key areas, particularly in terms of delivering the Council’s strategic objectives. This reflects the changes previously made to the decision-making structures of the Council and the incorporation of tenant representation on the Cabinet Housing Panel and the Social Overview Committee.
