We visit our estates daily to check for littering and dumping of rubbish, dog mess, graffiti, vandalism, abandoned cars, dangerous/illegal parking. If we identify problems that are the responsibility of another authority, such as street lighting, we will report the problem to them.
During our visits, we also check the grounds surrounding the blocks of flats that we manage to ensure these areas are being maintained in accordance with the grounds maintenance standards we set and report any issues that may need attention or are a health and safety issue. A thorough inspection of all our blocks of flats is carried out every six months.
Throughout the year we run a monthly programme of Waste Cage Days which have been set up to assist local residents who are unable to transport their unwanted items to local Household Waste Recycling Centre's.
Working in partnership with Waste King, we provide a waste collection cage for you to dispose of your unwanted items. During these events, our team is on hand to offer assistance in carrying your items to the waste cage. Take a look at the events and what's on section of our website for further information.
If we receive reports that you are fly-tipping, neglecting your garden or parking without consideration, you will be contacted and warned that this is unacceptable. If these warnings are ignored, we may need to take enforcement action against your tenancy in severe circumstances.

The Tenants' Panel carries out estate monitoring visits regularly and work closely with our Street Wardens to carry out community visits with the Police. During these visits, residents have the chance to tell us about any concerns you have about your local neighbourhood.
