We are responsible for most repairs in your home.

Most repairs are carried out on our behalf by our partner, the Welwyn Hatfield Housing Maintenance Team. Gas and hot water repairs are carried out by TSG PLC

In the event of a power cut you can use a mobile phone to contact UK Power Networks 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Aids and adaptations

We can install aids or adaptations in to a property if we receive a referral from an Occupational Therapist.
