Your service charge

Your service charge pays for the day-to-day running of your block of flats, and your share of the cost of repairs to it.

Your lease is your contract with us and by signing it you have agreed to the terms and conditions contained within it. Your service charges are a part of your agreement and the lease dictates your share of the costs. If you are unsure of the details you should ask your solicitor to explain the lease to you.

Paying your service charge

There are several ways to pay your service charge.

What is included in your service charge

It's important to remember that services vary from one block to another, so not all leaseholders are charged the same.

Annual invoices

We send all council leaseholders two service charge invoices per year, an estimated invoice and an actual invoice.
