If you are a Council tenant or leaseholder in Welwyn Hatfield you can report a repair to your home using this online service.  Please note: if you are a leaseholder you will only be able to report repairs needed to the communal areas where you live.  This system should not be used to report emergency repairs. 

Emergency repairs should be reported by calling  0800 111 4484.  This is a freephone number but please note you may be charged if calling from a mobile phone, depending on your contract.
