If you are a Council tenant in Welwyn Hatfield you can report a repair to your home using this online service. This system should not be used to report emergency repairs.

Emergency repairs should be reported by calling  0800 111 4484.  This is a freephone number but please note you may be charged if calling from a mobile phone, depending on your contract.

You can report faults by location (for example, in the bathroom) or by type (for example, to a door). Follow the links on the left to make a report.
