Our opening hours are Monday to Thursday 8.45am to 5.15pm and Friday 8.45am to 4.45pm. An out of hours service is also provided.

  • The council operates three sites in Welwyn Garden City, as well as Neighbourhood Housing Offices in Welwyn Garden City and Hatfield, and Mill Green Museum.
  • We want your customer contact with the council to be positive and helpful.
