Getting to Council Offices
The council operates three sites in Welwyn Garden City, as well as Neighbourhood Housing Offices in Welwyn Garden City and Hatfield, and Mill Green Museum.

Services based here include: planning and building control services, benefit services and council tax collection, environmental health, licensing, land charges, electoral registration and hackney carriage licensing. By Rail: Welwyn Garden City is part of the London Kings Cross to Cambridge train line. Fast trains leave London Kings Cross every 30 minutes, the average journey time is 25 minutes. Trains leave Cambridge every 30 minutes, the average journey time is 55 minutes. Please check the National Rail website for exact times. By Bus: Welwyn Garden City is accessible by bus, please check the Intalink website for exact journey times. Parking: Town centre parking is available.
