Track your service request

When you make a request for service with the council you are given a reference number. This can be used here to track the progress of delivery at each stage.

In order to check the status of your service request you will need to have given your email address when applying. If you have not yet done this contact the council and ask for your email address to be added to your details. Likewise if you have forgotten your reference number you will need to contact the council and ask for it again.
