Communications

The Communications Team liaise with press, radio and TV as well as producing internal and external publications on behalf of the council.

If you have a press and media enquiry, or would like to request permission to film in the area please contact the Communications team. Out of courtesy, film companies are also asked to notify the Police and County Council.

The Communications Team is responsible for producing a number of magazines, leaflets and booklets for the council. These include:

• LIFE Magazine
• What Can I Join?
• A-Z Guide to Services and Councillors
• Welwyn Hatfield Borough Guide
• Compliments, Comments and Complaints

Further copies are available upon request. The council provides a number of key publications in large print for any customer who request them. Some items can also be recorded onto tape.
