Pest Control Treatments for Domestic Properties

The current Council charges are listed below. To access the service please contact our contractor DialAPest which is part of SDK Environmental Limited and advise them you are a resident of Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council, to ensure you benefit from these discounted prices.

If you are wishing to report pest activity on Council owned land then please also make use of this service. No charges apply and DialAPest will investigate the problem.

There are two ways to contact DialAPest

Online

Use the online form free of charge to request a booking. DailAPest will call you back to confirm details and arrange an appointment during their office hours. Simply click on the DialAPest Logo

Telephone

You can contact DialAPest directly by telephoning 08444 828 334 between 9am and 5pm seven days a week. Please note that calls to this number will be charged at around 5 pence per minute from a BT landline, calls from other networks and mobiles may be considerably more.

• Payment for treatments is normally collected by debit or credit card once your booking has been confirmed
• You have the right to cancel and obtain a full refund at any time up and until the treatment commences
• You must accept our contractor's treatment terms and conditions before any work can take place

Qualifying benefits for concessionary rates are as follows :

• Income support
• Disabled persons tax credit
• Council tax benefit
• Housing benefit
• State retirement pension

You will require to show proof benefit and a utility bill to confirm your address to the Pest Technicians when they call.
