The Campus Arena
Booking the Campus Arena for special events.
The revamped Campus Arena, in the heart of Welwyn Garden City, is a place that can be enjoyed by many.
It is open as a local entertainment venue to all groups to use for small music events; meeting point, dance or theatre events.
- The maximum capacity for the venue is: 499 including staff, performers and audience.
- There is currently no charge to hire the use of the Arena.
If you are interested in using the venue, it is recommended that you notify us at least two months before the event. This is because the event will need to be considered by the Welwyn Hatfield Safety Advisory Team. The following forms will also need to be completed:
- Event Notification,
- Risk Assessment, and
- Traffic Management.
