Booking Information

By Telephone

There is no booking fee for telephone transactions. Credit / debit card payments are instantly confirmed and debited from your account. Please give your account number, date of expiry and name and address of registered card holder. If you book within four days of the performance your tickets will be held at the box office for collection.

Online

Visit our website and book your tickets over the internet. You can book tickets for Campus West Theatre, RollerCity and The Barn Theatre. There is no booking fee.

Please Note: - Family Tickets are not available online and are only bookable through the box office

Ticket collection

Your tickets can be collected from the box office during opening hours and on the evening of the performance. Alternatively your tickets can be posted to you if you wish.

Reservations

Tickets can be reserved for four working days up to the day before the performance or event, whichever is sooner. Tickets not paid for by this time will be resold.

Disabled People

Please advise the box office of your disability when you book theatre tickets. There are specially suitable seats which include positions for those with wheelchairs and their escorts in row H. Guide dogs are welcome at the Campus West complex.

An induction loop system (ILS) is in operation for the hard of hearing. Tickets can also be reserved by fax on (01707) 357155 (please ensure that you include a fax number where we may contact you) or by email to campuswest@welhat.gov.uk.

Babes in arms

In order to minimise distractions for our customers during a performance, babies are not allowed into the theatre.

Refund policy

NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES can be made on Campus West Tickets.

In certain circumstances this may be waived but the general policy remains.
