About Online Booking
The online ticket booking system for Campus West and Roller City
Below are some tips on how to use the online ticketing site that you may find useful. Alternatively you can go straight to The Site
'My Account'
You can log into your account by clicking ‘My Account’ in the top right hand corner of the screen. Your username and password (case sensitive) have been sent to you by email. If you have forgotten your password then click the ‘Forgot Password?’ option. Once signed in you can change your password if necessary.
To create a new account, ignore the ‘Registered Users’ section and continue to fill in the 'Personal Details' section.
There is a ‘save my personal details’ check box near the end. Uncheck this if you do not want us to keep a record of you, but please be aware that if you were to lose your tickets, we cannot replace them if we do not have your details recorded. You will also miss out on our publications, periodical offers and information.
Benefits to ‘My Account’
- Access to discounted tickets if you are a Friend of the Theatre or RollerCity Booter
- Renew your memberships or subscriptions and update your preferences
- Edit your personal details by clicking on the notepad and pen icon next to the relevant detail.
- Review your account history:
- ‘booking’ – tickets bought for previous shows
- ‘open orders’ – tickets for future shows
- check memberships, series tickets and preferences - Easy access to:
- ‘home page’
- ‘tickets’ or the show category you want
- buying merchandise - Future benefits will include:
- possibilities to make internet sales more comprehensive
- access to memberships, subscriptions, and the opportunity to make a donation
Home page features
- ‘Hot Tickets’ – all our recommended shows and the best sellers.
- ‘More Information’ – tells you more about the show
- ‘Show Categories’ – display the featured shows under certain categories (eg Musicals, Roller City etc)
- ‘Calendar’ – search for a show on specific dates
- 'Quick Buy’ – displays the next 30 shows available online.
- ‘Search’ or ‘Advanced Search’ – use this facility if you know the name of the event you are looking for.
How to buy tickets
- Once you have found the show you want to see click on ‘Add to Basket’
- Choose a date by clicking ‘Buy Now!’ – the seating plan will load
- Choose your ticket type and select the seat you want to sit in (you cannot leave single empty seats)
- Click ‘Order Seats’. You are then given a review of your tickets. This is your ‘basket’.
- Click ‘continue shopping’ or choose a category to find more tickets or …
- Click ‘Proceed to Checkout’. You will need to log in if you’ve not done so already.
- Fill in the form for credit/ debit card details and submit.
- Your tickets will be posted to you the following day if ordered more than three working days in advance, or can be collected at the Box Office during Opening Hours.
