Film Parties
Film parties are available during any of our Family Film Presentations.
Ideal for your little ones, Film Parties at Campus West offer great value and a unique way to celebrate. On Saturday mornings and Sunday afternoons we showcase our Family Film programme. This includes blockbuster movies and old family classics, from Lord of the Rings to Bambi, all on the big screen. Film parties are an excellent way to celebrate birthdays or other special occasions and they're not just for the kids - tell us that parents don't enjoy classic children's film as much or even more than the kids!
The party includes exclusive use of either the Park Lounge or the Acorn Suite. The Park Lounge has beautiful panoramic views of Welwyn Garden City centre and is ideally situated on the first floor just yards from the Theatre doors. The Acorn Suite is a self contained room on the ground floor that is often the second choice room but offers no less in terms of value or fun! Both rooms are fully accessible and can be set up to your own personal wishes with as many chairs and tables as you need although we do ask that you have no more than 25 guests per room. The rooms are made available for half an hour before the start of the film, 9.30 for 10am start on a Saturday, 2 for a 2.30pm on a Sunday. We can provide soft drinks for your party at an extra charge but do not provide food, although we are happy for you to bring your own food and drink if you wish. We can also help in the organisation of party games by setting the rooms accordingly.
Charges
Room Hire £55 per room.
Film Admission £1.50 per person (or only £1.20 per person, if tickets are booked online)
