Campus West offers Film Parties, Roller Skating Parties and facilities for birthday, anniversary and company celebrations.

With its bright, spacious surroundings the Terrace Suite is the perfect venue for large meetings, weddings, conferences, training days and exhibitions. Complete with a bar, this air-conditioned room, along with its joining room the Park Lounge, can hold up to 180 people, with up to 90 people seated at round tables. The Terrace Suite has a fantastic panoramic view of Welwyn Garden City. Campus West is a no-smoking building, although guests can smoke out on the Terrace Balcony should they wish.  The Park Lounge is ideal for setting out a buffet or as extra space for guests, and is provided free of charge with every party booking.

We are happy to help in the preparation for your booking in any way we can, and can provide contact details for local DJs, caterers and party decorators. 

The Campus West Party Package includes:

• Hire of the Terrace Suite with free use of the Park Lounge
• Comprehensive bar service with wine & cocktail menus
• Free designated driver soft drinks (limited to six drivers and excludes bottled juices)
• Guest Relations Staff to welcome guests and offer assistance
• Full use of nine 6ft round tables, over 100 chairs and other furnishings
• Access from 6pm for decoration (earlier access can be arranged in some instances)

Room Prices start from £300

The bar opens at 8pm and closes at 12.45am. Music must end at 1am.

We require a record of a credit/debit card as a bond against any terms and conditions that may be broken or any damages that may occur. (Credit/Debit card numbers recorded for the purposes of the bond can and will be charged without consultation for any damage incurred. Records will be deleted in accordance with the Data Protection Act after the booking is complete.)

Please be aware

• All bookings must include a buffet – if a buffet is not served the bar will close at 11pm with absolutely no exceptions.
• All alcohol and soft drinks consumed at Campus West during your booking must be purchased at the Campus West bar unless previously arranged.
• Alcohol will not be served to anyone under the age of 18. Anyone appearing to be under the age of 25 will be asked for ID.
• Anyone purchasing alcohol for persons under the age of 18 will be asked to leave.
• Under no circumstances may tickets or right of entry be sold to your guests.
• The manager reserves the right to close the bar and ,if necessary, discontinue the booking if any of the terms and conditions are breached. At the end of the evening the hirer must ensure the rooms are left tidy.
