Special orders can be made.  Enjoy using it in your cooking from chapatis to cakes: we will try our very best to give you what you want.  Come and chat to the miller about your requirements. We are also happy to sell grain, which some customers use to feed animals at home

Flour is on sale every day except Mondays.  We mill on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Sunday, when you can meet the Miller who makes your flour.

The photos below show loaves made with Mill Green flour.  Some are made by hand, others by Simmon's Bakery and yet others  in a breadmaker.  There are lots of ways to enjoy our authentic traditional organic flour.
