Central Hertfordshire Employment Land Review Interim Report
The Central Hertfordshire Employment Land Review was commissioned jointly by Hertsmere Borough, St Albans District and Welwyn Hatfield Borough Councils. Its findings and recommendations will be used as baseline evidence to inform the council's Core Strategy and Site Allocations Development Plan Documents and the Broadwater Road West Development Brief Supplementary Planning Document.
The Interim Report will be updated and finalised to take account of any changes to the job growth figures for Hertfordshire resulting from the adoption of the East of England Plan.
The Central Hertfordshire Employment Land Review Interim Report was considered by councillors at the meeting of Cabinet Planning and Transportation Panel on 1 March 2007.
