Strategic Housing Land Availability Assessment

This study will identify sites with potential for housing development and will be a key piece of technical work that will inform consultation on the council's planning policies.

The Assessment will need to identify sufficient sites to meet the borough's housing requirement for the period up to 2021 and beyond. It will estimate the number of units that can be built on each site, how easy they will be to develop and the likely time period.
