Meet the Super Dragons

Meet the Super Dragons for this year's Dragons Apprentice teams

Adam Richardson - Managing Director at Craft & CleaverAdam Richardson

I'm a 29 year old with two local restaurants, with a third site in the pipeline. I suppose people would call me an entrepreneur, but I just see it as doing something I love - I'm a Food, Drink & Design Junkie, and get a kick out of supporting people with jobs and creating great customer experiences. My business turnover is approaching £2m, and our 2018-19 forecast is in excess of £3m. I dream of owning a small chain of individual pubs, bars and restaurants with different, exciting and trend-led concepts.

Joanne Price - Barclays BankJoanne Price

My name is Joanne Price and I work for Barclays Bank Plc.  Based locally in the branch in Howard Centre, having started in this branch 17 years ago as the branch manager, I then managed several local branches and in 2011 made the move into business. I now work in a team with 5 others and between us we help & support local businesses from start up to £6.5 million turnover.

Living locally in Hatfield, my children attended local schools, schools that are now involved in this excellent initiative.

Alison Linskey - Land Securities

Alison Linksey

I have been working at The Galleria for 5 years and my day to day role is Centre Administrator alongside that I am also the Community Champion. I find this part of my job very rewarding. I work with a number of charities and local schools organising events, awareness days and fundraising. We have recently partnered with local charity Herts Young Homeless and I have been liaising closely with them to highlight the work they do in the community. As well our local charity we also support Barnardo's nationally. I also publish The Galleria Community Matters newsletter every quarter to inform our customers and brand partners on how they can get involved with the community. This role makes me very persuasive in order to obtain donations, I am seen constantly sweet talking a number of our brand partners and local businesses. One minute there could be a donation of winter coats for a homeless charity and the next there can be homemade knitted blankets for the Syrian children at my desk!
