Changes to Parking Restrictions in South Hatfield

Changes to parking and waiting arrangements in South Hatfield were given the go ahead by Cabinet on Tuesday 6 November.

The move follows two years of consultation after residents commented on difficulties in parking in the areas of Hatfield surrounding the university.

The council set about finding a satisfactory solution to the parking problems in the area, without penalising existing residents. The changes will prevent drivers from waiting in areas where parking is deemed to be obstructive and dangerous.
