You can only apply to vote by post or by proxy if you are registered to vote.
If you are included in the register of electors you can apply to vote by post or by proxy. You don't have to wait for an election to be announced before you apply.
All absent voting applications require your personal identifiers - date of birth and signature, and must be completed correctly.
Applications must be received by the Electoral Registration Officer at Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council by specific deadlines.

Completed application forms can be:
- emailed as an attachment to firstname.lastname@example.org. The form must be a clear image and just show the form itself, or
