Free course for council tenants: Healthy Living Made easy
In partnership with the Peartree Wellbeing Project and HAFLS. You must live in Peartree or the surrounding area to attend.
Improve your health with some key life 'hacks'. Each week will include a new recipe to try at home, some light exercise and many other topics such as sleep, learning and relaxation techniques.
This course is spread over five, two hour sessions which take place every Thursday 1pm - 3pm from 27th February until 26 March.
