During the Cuffley wide consultation in 2015, proposals included double yellow lines at the garage vehicular access. During the formal stage, one objection was received relating to these lines.
This was considered at the March 2016 meeting of the Cabinet Housing and Planning Panel and they recommended the lining to be introduced on safety grounds. This was approved by the Council's Cabinet on 5th April and the Traffic Regulation Order was sealed and advertised in the Welwyn Hatfield Times on the 20th April 2016,. Notices were erected in the road and letters were sent to residents informing them of the outcome of the consultation. There were a number of other roads included in the Order and the physical lining and any associated signage was introduced during June 2016. Unfortunately, this section of lining was missed during this work.

Therefore, the Council will be finishing off the lining during week commencing 29th May 2017
