Stall Holder Booking Form - Hatfield Community Fair

Hatfield Community Fair is returning for the third year to White Lion Square on Tuesday 13 August 2024, 11am-3pm.

The Community Partnerships Team would like to invite you to get involved in this amazing networking and community outreach event.

Hatfield Community Fair is a family friendly event, with local organisations and charity stalls, free children activities and a chance to connect with the community.

Represent your organisation to residents of the Welwyn Hatfield borough free of charge:

There is no charge for attending and having a self-facilitating stand. All organisations are invited to bring a table, pull-up banners and a (up to 3x3m) gazebo. However if you do not have a gazebo please contact communitypartnerships@welhat.gov.uk
We would like the Hatfield Community Fair to be as interactive as possible and ask if you could provide an interactive engagement please do. For example, seed planting, physical activity, arts and crafts.
