Find out how you can volunteer to help vulnerable people in the borough affected by COVID-19 (Coronavirus).

Sadly there are scams circulating that look to exploit the coronavirus outbreak. You can help protect people by learning more about how scammers operate and sharing this information as widely as possible.

The friendsagainstscams.org.uk website has more information on how to get involved.

This Icon for pdf booklet also helps explain the three most common phone and email scams.

Make a support referral

The council is committed to making sure every vulnerable person gets the help they need.

Please submit a support referral to let us know if you, or someone you know, needs support. So that we can help you as best we can, it is important to provide as much information as possible.

To ensure we help those who need it most, referrals will be prioritised according to need.

Start a support referral

Support referrals will be monitored during operating hours.

If support is required outside of these hours, please visit the HertsHelp website or call 0300 123 4044.
