Changes to bin collections due to industrial action

You said you were prioritising the collection of black bins (refuse) during the strike but my black bin didn’t get emptied?

We were unable to confirm how many crew members or agency workers would be available to work each day, whilst supporting Urbaser and Unite in reaching an agreement.

This meant that only a small number of waste collections were made from communal bins stores.

We sincerely apologise if your bin was not emptied during the strike period.
