Landscape Management Plan Consultation

We have consulted on proposed landscape management plans for Danesbury Local Nature Reserve and Singlers Marsh as the current 10-year plans for these sites expire this year.

Proposed plans

The proposed plans cover the next 10 years (2023-2033) and aim to maintain good practice and management of the sites as well as support grant applications.

They are designed to be read and understood by everyone involved or interested in the management of the sites.

We want more people to understand, contribute, and have a say in how the sites should be managed.

The proposed plans for both areas provide:

• context of the site historically and within the current landscape
• current habitats and wildlife provided by the site
• policy context
• current and proposed management
• action plan
