How much an allotment costs

Allotment prices

The annual price is based on the size of the plot and the water supply. Plot sizes range from 75 to 200 square metres.

The price is calculated per 25 square metres. If your plot is bigger than 25 square metres  it will cost more than the prices shown below.

Allotment rent discount

If you are aged 65 years or over or on full benefits you may be eligible for 50% discount on your allotment rent. If you wish to apply, fill in the form and return to us at allotments@welhat.gov.uk or our main offices at Campus East.
