Every pub and live music venue* in England will get 15% off its new Business Rates bill.

This is on top of the other support recently announced.

Bills will also be frozen for a further two years.

You do not need to contact us about this, we will automatically apply the reductions.

You can access your bill in the Business Rates self-service portal.

You do not need to contact us about this, we will automatically apply the reductions to your 2026-27 bill which will be sent out to in March 2026.

If, once you receive your bill, you think your bill it is incorrect please contact us.

If you have questions about your rateable value contact the VOA or use the Check and Challenge service.
