Information about making payments to The Hive at the Jim McDonald Centre.

Method of Payment

We accept payment by Visa and MasterCard . We also accept BACs and cash. We take contactless payment and accept Apple Pay and Google Pay. We do not accept American Express cards.

Refunds

We are not obliged to issue any refund or allocate a new session time if for any reason you miss or arrive late to you event.

However, if due to unforeseen circumstances, for example; extreme weather, The Hive has to close we will try reschedule and if this is not possible a full refund will be made.

Party terms and conditions

Party maximum attendance 30 children

Reservation cannot be taken without a deposit. Deposits are non-refundable and are equal to 50% of the party price.

Parents/guardians are fully responsible for the control/behaviour of all children and the subsequent consequences of their actions.
