Stall Holder Booking Form - Hatfield Community Fair

The Community Partnerships Team would like to invite you to get involved in this amazing networking and community outreach event.

The Community Fair will take place at Making Connections in White Lion Square, Hatfield.

On Thursday 27 July 2023, 11 am until 4 pm.

Represent your organisation to residents of the Welwyn Hatfield borough free of charge:

• There is no charge for attending and having a self-facilitating stand. All organisations are invited to bring a table, pull-up banners and a (up to 3x3m) gazebo. However if you deliver your outreach we will endeavour to accommodate the space needed.
• We would like the Hatfield Community Fair to be as interactive as possible and ask if you could facilitate an engagement activity, where possible.
