Social Housing Consumer Standards Consultation

The Regulator of Social Housing wants to know what tenants think of its revised regulatory consumer standards.

Registered social housing providers like Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council, must meet these standards so tenants live in safe, well-maintained homes and neighbourhoods, are treated with fairness and respect, and can hold landlords to account.

The Regulator’s revised standards are:

• The Safety and Quality Standard
• The Transparency, Influence and Accountability Standard
• The Neighbourhood and Community Standard
• The Tenancy Standard.
