Neighbourhood team

Most of the services that you receive in your block or on your estate are managed or supervised by our Neighbourhood Team. If you have questions about the quality or type of services you receive in your block or on your estate, please contact them. A mixture of leaseholders and council tenants live in our properties. The Neighbourhood Team is responsible for the day-to-day management of all our properties, whether you are a tenant or you own your own home.

Property Services

The council are responsible for maintaining the structure of the building your flat is in, such as roofs, external walls, and foundations. You can contact the Property Services team to report a repair to these areas. You are responsible for any repairs or maintenance inside your property.
