Pay your leasehold service charge
Invoices for your service charge
You will get two service charge invoices a year:
- an estimated invoice (by 31 March)
- an actual invoice (by 30 September)
They give a breakdown of what your service charges will be for the year.
The invoice show the total cost of repairs for the year. You can also ask for a breakdown of the repairs costs on your actual invoice.
Invoice questions or concerns
Contact the Home Ownership Team if you have questions or concerns about your service charge invoice.
We can only deal with the leaseholder of the property, not tenants or nominated managing agents.
If you are unhappy with a cost on your service charge invoice, we can arrange a meeting with the technical experts to explain it.
Contact the Home Ownership Team if you would like an update of your service charge balance.
