Hertswise offers community dementia support to people of all ages throughout Hertfordshire, through a variety of different services. From group and one-to-one support sessions, Carers support and advice groups to Specialist information and Advice, we are here. Our Support Groups lots of fun activity's including Chair based exercise, Bingo, Singing, Quizzes, Games, Guest Speakers and more. Hot Drinks provided at no further cost.
